Terms of Service: The Professional Studio Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Aaron Belkar AI Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This studio is designed for professionals, HR teams, and corporate managers who require high-quality, digitally engineered portraits.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To maintain the integrity of our data processing and comply with global privacy standards, users must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By uploading images, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. The Service: A Managed AI Experience

Unlike fully automated apps, this studio provides a “Managed AI” service. You provide the source images, and we use proprietary generative technology guided by professional photographic principles to create four high-resolution portraits.

To ensure the highest quality, every session is reviewed by a human expert before delivery. We aim to screen out technical artifacts or distortions to ensure your professional image meets our studio standards.

4. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

We believe in empowering our clients. Upon full payment for your session:

• Full License: You are granted a full, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and distribute the four final images.
• Commercial Use: You are permitted to use these images for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to LinkedIn, corporate websites, marketing materials, and press releases.
• Ownership: While the AI model generates the base, the final artistic direction is yours to keep and use as your own professional asset.

5. Data Privacy and Biometric Security

As an engineering-led studio, we take your data security seriously.

• Source Images: The selfies and reference photos you upload are stored securely for exactly seven (7) days following the delivery of your final portraits.
• Automatic Deletion: After this 7-day period, all source images are permanently deleted from our servers to ensure no biometric data is stored long-term.
• Final Portraits: We may retain your final 4 images in your “My Account” area for your convenience, unless you choose to delete your account.

6. Payment and Satisfaction Guarantee

Due to the significant computing resources and professional review time required for each session, we generally do not offer automatic refunds.

However, we are committed to “The Human Factor.” If you are not satisfied with your results, please contact us at aaron@aaronbelkar.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a manual re-run of the session or, if we cannot reach a satisfactory result, a full refund.

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the photos you upload are your own or that you have the explicit permission of the person featured in the photos. You agree not to upload any content that is offensive, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement and any disputes arising from the use of this studio are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively in the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel.
