Welcome to Belkar Business Engineering ("BE"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, client portal, process diagnostic services, operations engineering consulting, and bespoke SOW implementations.
The site and connected client portal are operated by Aaron Belkar Business Engineering (Email: aaron@aaronbelkar.com, Phone: 054-5858486).
Use of the platform and commissioning advisory services or diagnostic audits is strictly permitted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials and for all activities conducted under their account within the client portal.
Pricing for process engineering projects, automation architectures, and enterprise deployments is established individually per client Scope of Work (SOW). Fees paid for a Phase 1 Operational Friction Diagnostic Sprint are credited at 100% toward the full Phase 2 implementation agreement. All fees are quoted in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) plus applicable VAT.
Payment clearing and digital tax invoices are executed via PCI-DSS compliant providers (such as Morning / Green Invoice) subject to their respective terms of service.
Milestone payments for SOW projects are due and payable in accordance with the payment schedule established in the client agreement.
Our engineering solutions leverage algorithmic workflows, data pipelines, and AI models to eliminate administrative drag and accelerate operational throughput.
Intellectual Property & Ownership: All code, process maps, automation pipelines, and technical documentation delivered under an executed SOW become the full and exclusive property of the client. Clients retain 100% full proprietary ownership and copyright of their input data, trade secrets, and resulting deliverables.
Acceptable Content Rules: Users agree not to input malicious code or submit unlawful materials into our systems. Automated models deployed within client environments operate in isolated, secure channels without sharing or training public models on client data.
Operational Responsibility: Engineering blueprints and automated calculation pipelines provide operational decision support. Clients retain sole business responsibility for commercial and strategic choices executed within their organizations.
In compliance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981) and Distance Sales Regulations:
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Belkar Engineering shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party API interruptions (e.g. ERP systems, cloud outages) or operational business decisions executed by the client.
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
