Use of the platform and purchasing tokens or services is strictly permitted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering binding agreements.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication credentials and for all activities conducted under their account across *.aaronbelkar.com.
Tokens are utility credits purchased in preset bundles to execute specific tool actions. Token packages and consulting fees are priced in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) or USD where explicitly marked.
Payment processing is executed through secure third-party payment gateways (including Stripe, Meshulam, and Tranzila). All payment transactions are subject to the security terms and validation of the respective payment clearing providers.
Tokens are non-transferable, hold no cash surrender value outside the platform, and do not expire while the account remains active.
Our proprietary and microSaaS tools leverage automated algorithms, mathematical optimization, and AI models to provide fast diagnostic insights.
Intellectual Property & Ownership: All underlying code, algorithms, visual styles, and tool architectures remain the exclusive intellectual property of Belkar Engineering. Clients retain 100% full proprietary ownership and copyright of their input data, proprietary datasets, and resulting customized reports/outputs generated by the tools.
Acceptable Content Rules: Users agree not to input malicious code, reverse-engineer proprietary algorithms, or submit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing materials into the AI tools. Belkar Engineering tools strictly execute deterministic processing without sharing or training public models on client inputs.
Operational Responsibility: Outputs generated by automated tools and AI calculators are provided for operational optimization and guidance. While engineered for deterministic precision, clients retain sole responsibility for their business and procurement decisions.
In compliance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (5741-1981) and Distance Sales Regulations:
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Belkar Engineering shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, third-party API interruptions, or operational business decisions executed by the client.
These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
